By installing and playing Tapiro: Money Tycoon you agree to what is on this page. It is short on purpose.

The game is free

Tapiro costs nothing and has no in-app purchases. It is paid for by advertising.

None of it is real

Every business, company, share and coin in Tapiro is invented for the game. They are not real companies and not real investments, the prices are not real prices, and nothing in the game is financial advice or a prediction about anything.

The money in the game has no value. It cannot be bought, sold, cashed out or transferred to anybody.

Your save is yours to look after

The game is saved on your phone only. We cannot see it, cannot restore it, and cannot recover it if it is lost.

Settings gives you a save code you can copy and keep somewhere safe. If you uninstall the game, change phone or clear its data without one, the save is gone for good.

Fair play

Please do not modify the app, tamper with the save file, or use tools to change the game's numbers. It is a single-player game with no leaderboard, so doing it only spoils your own copy, but the app is still ours and it is not yours to alter or redistribute.

No warranty

Tapiro is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will never have a bug, never lose a save or always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.

Changes and ending

We may update the game or these terms. The date at the top changes when the terms do. If you no longer agree with them, uninstall the app.
